The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.


All cancellations must be received in writing via fax, email or post.

Registration cancellations received:

  • before September 30, 2014 – full refund less $60 bank and processing charges.
  • between September 30 and December 15 – 60% refund
  • after December 15, 2014 – No refund

Refunds will be processed within two months after the conference
